Marshall McCallum was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation from South Texas College of Law in 2000, he immediately went to work for the Dallas County District Attorney‘s office and was promoted to chief felony prosecutor in 2006. While working at the District Attorney's office, Marshall prosecuted several high-profile murder cases, including one death penalty case. Over the years, he tried well over 100 jury trials in the District Attorney’s office. Marshall left the District Attorney's office in 2011 and opened his own law firm where his sole focus is criminal defense. At the Law Office of Marshall McCallum, Marshall has defended numerous clients for various cases including, murder, sex crimes, DUIs, drug crimes, and more. Marshall is happily married to his wife and has three sons with her.
